Resistive Capacitive Voltage Sensors (RCVS) for Medium Voltage Switchgear

Indisol has designed this Resistive capacitive voltage sensor (RCVS) to provide an accurate and reliable image of the voltage on the high-voltage line. As a result, they are ideal for measuring network conditions and determining the source of faults in medium-voltage systems.

Moreover, RCVS achieve accuracy levels ranging from 1% up to 0.2%, ensuring ultra-precise monitoring. In addition, they operate reliably across a wide frequency range. Consequently, engineers can depend on their stability and precision in demanding applications.

Unlike conventional instrument transformers, RCVS units do not contain saturable cores. Therefore, they cannot fall into ferroresonance, significantly improving operational safety.
