Conflict mineral policy

Dear Customer,

  This policy is intend to guarantee the principles of sustainability as an essential part of Indisol, in accordance with the commitment to dissuade trade in the so-called “conflict minerals” ( as gold, tin, tantalum and tungsten) whose systematic extraction and trade contribute to the violation of human rights in the country of extraction and surrounding areas and the financing of armed groups.

  Therefore, Indisol is committed to a responsible supply of gold, tin, tantalum and tungsten minerals, through the following agreements:

• – Indisol implements procedures to ensure that it does not intentionally use “conflict minerals” in its products, those derived from conflict regions;
• – Indisol works side by side with its suppliers to establish actions to identify the source of the minerals named above and expects full transparency on its supply chain, when requested.
