Whistleblowing Channel

INDISOL provides an internal Whistleblowing Channel through which any irregularities, inappropriate conduct, or breaches of internal rules may be reported. This channel may be used by the company’s employees as well as by interested third parties, including partners, suppliers, service providers, or customers, even if the professional relationship has already ended.

All reports will be handled independently and confidentially, ensuring the protection of personal data. Anonymity can be maintained, provided it is clearly stated at the beginning of the report.

The decision to submit a report must be made consciously, thoughtfully, and honestly. INDISOL commits to responding to all reported situations.

Please note that complaints, particularly those related to customer service or marketed products, fall outside the scope of this whistleblowing channel and should be addressed directly to the company through the usual contact channels.
