Indisol is a solution provider dedicated to the designing, industrialization, manufacturing, testing, commercialisation and service of cast-resin electrical insulating customised components and systems, for use in Electric Power Transmission, Distribution Equipment (T&D), equipment in the Railway sector and voltage and couplers for grid monitoring and PL Communications.

Indisol History

In 1992, it transferred its head office and manufacturing facilities to Cacia - Aveiro and began the manufacture of electrical insulators with product design itself.

In 1994 INDISOL transferred the manufacturing facilities and headquarters to the Industrial Park of Quimigal in Estarreja. A new change of facilities, in September 1999, within the same park, but to a larger industrial building, represented a shift to a building with 600m2 of covered area.

In the years 2006-2013 INDISOL acquired new equipment in order to take a place in the market for insulators, increasing its area and production capacity.
In 2014, INDISOL concentrates all its unity in the new facility located in ECOPARQUE Estarreja, increasing the installed capacity for a 6,000m2 area, with new layout and increasing the range of electrical tests up to 150kV with the purchase of a new electrical testing equipment.
